Download and install playgo

App versus browser access
Our native Android app offers offline caching, push notifications for tournament schedules, and faster load times on slower connections. The iOS browser version and web app provide the same games and account features without installation; they update automatically when we release new features. Choose the app if you play frequently and want instant notifications; choose the browser if you prefer minimal storage use or access from multiple devices.
Push notifications and tournament alerts
The Android app sends notifications when daily Aviator and Sweet Bonanza tournaments begin, when withdrawal verification completes, and when account security alerts occur. Browser and web versions do not send notifications; check your playgo account dashboard to see upcoming events.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7 and later on phones and tablets. iOS users can access playgo through Safari, Chrome, or any modern browser on iOS 12 and later. Web access works on desktop, laptop, and tablet browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Our platform detects your device and optimises the interface accordingly; no manual configuration is needed.
Common installation issues
Android users may see a warning about "Unknown sources" when installing the APK. This is normal; enable the setting in Settings → Security → Unknown sources, then retry installation. If installation fails, clear your browser cache and download again. iOS users cannot install native apps; use the browser method instead. If playgo loads slowly, check your internet connection, close other apps, and try again. We optimise for 3G and 4G networks; performance improves on faster connections.
Data, permissions, and account security
The Android app requests permissions for internet access, device storage (for offline cache), and notifications. We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts. All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses encryption. Your password is never stored on your device; we verify it only during login. Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security. If you lose access to your account, our support team can assist with password reset and identity verification during business hours. We keep your payment details encrypted and never share them with third parties.
Withdrawal and account management on mobile
Manage your playgo account directly from the app or browser.
